Our range
The range of products offered by Glacier Water Systems cater for the complete domestic market and a large proportion of the commercial market. Using a 5 stage filter process, the water treatment units remove Chlorine, bad taste, bad odour and discoloration caused by the reaction of chlorine with other chemical pollutants found in modern water service supplies.
Glacier Water Systems method of cleaning water is a conventional method using Granular Activated Carbon, (GAC) but what makes this type of unit different is that the Carbon is impregnated with Silver to inhibit the growth of Bacteria within the unit after the Chlorine has been removed. This type of unit is known as a Bacteriostatic Water Treatment Unit. KDF 55 Media is also used in our filters. It is used in chlorine removal applications in conjunction with granular activated carbon. KDF 55 strips the chlorine from the water before the water contacts the carbon. The carbon, not being burdened with the job of chlorine removal is then free to perform higher level carbon filtration. Such as removal of chemical contaminants including Volatile Organic Chemical (VOC's) & Trihoalomethanes (THM's).
GLACIER GW5 WHOLE HOUSE £425.00
Use the GW4 for all kitchen water needs including drinking water, ice, juice concentrates, coffee, tea, cooking, pets, plants & more. Available at a fraction of the cost of bottled water, this easy to install under sink system installs easily with 3/8” push in fittings (or compression fittings if requested) and will produce 45,000 litres (approx 3 years of usage) of quality drinking water before a replacement is needed.
A smaller version of the GW4, this is our most compact unit, which installs underneath the sink. Suitable single person households, drinking fountains and other low-volume uses, this unit should be installed with a separate faucet supplied.
Will provide up to 12,000 litres of clean, clear drinking water. Should be replaced every 2 years.
Utilizing Granular Activated Carbon and KDF this unit will filter all the water throughout your entire home removing the chlorine, bad taste & odour from all of your family's water. Before entering the main filter, the water passes through a 5 micron spun polypropylene sediment filter cartridge. This filter removes dirt, rust, and sediment from the water before it goes into the carbon filter. Particularly beneficial for people suffering from skin allergies. Also suitable for commercial applications. Pre-filters should be replaced approx 3 -5 months depending on water quality. The GW5 is warranted for 1 year. Should be replaced every 2 years. Installed at the mains. No electricity required.
We supply a full range of pre filter housings 10" clear or blue. Push fit connections ¼" 3/8" or 10mm. These can be added to any of our filters with 10" 5 micron Pre Filters. Complete with mounting bracket

Standard 5 micron spun polypropylene sediment filter cartridge for GW5 and NSA 300H whole house filters, or for any sediment pre filter. Recommended replacement every 3 months or as needed depending on local water conditions. This filter removes dirt, rust, and sediment from the water before it goes into the carbon filter. This way the water going into the carbon is relatively clean of dirt and sediment.

Chrome taps are available in either standard or long-reach. Taps come complete with saddle piercing valve, fittings and full instructions.
Now you can have the best of both worlds, Chilled filtered water – on tap. Up until recently, water chillers were only available to the commercial market. Our domestic / light commercial water cooler installs under your sink and provides your family with chilled filtered water – 24 hours a day. Water filter to be ordered separately.
